Order Processing

We typically process orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to suit your needs:

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95): Delivered via DHL or FedEx with an estimated delivery time of 10-15 business days after dispatch.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50, shipped via EMS with an estimated delivery time of 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Garden Mirth purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. Most items can be returned for a refund or exchange, with some exceptions (see below).

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

  1. Initiate Your Return:
    Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information:
    • Your order number
    • Product name(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for return
    • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
    • Your original payment method
  2. Wait for Approval:
    Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  3. Package and Ship Your Return:
    Securely repackage the item(s) in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Ship your return to:

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the standard return process above
  • Clearly state in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  • Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  • You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Footwear & Wellington Boots: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear
  • Brushes & Door Mats: Items that show signs of use cannot be returned
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: This includes certain garden arches and gazebos configured to specific measurements

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product received
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
