Our straightforward returns policy ensures you can shop with confidence for your barbecue covers, gazebos, garden kneelers, and all our other gardening essentials.

Our Returns Promise

We offer a 15-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items for a refund or exchange (excluding certain products – see below).

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

To begin your return or exchange, please email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include the following information in your email:

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Please repackage the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags and accessories included. Ship your return to:

Important: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days of arrival):

  • Timing: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Clearly state in your email that you wish to exchange the item
  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement item
  4. You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following products:

  • Footwear & Wellington Boots: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on worn footwear
  • Brushes & Door Mats: Items that show signs of use cannot be returned
  • Custom or Made-to-Order Items: This includes certain garden arches and gazebos configured to specific measurements

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Include photos of the damaged item or incorrect product received
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs
